2024 PADDLE FITNESS SERIES

 

About the Series
This series is designed to increase your fitness level, build core strength, improve paddling techniques and condition your body to perform better on and off the water.

 

This 6 week series runs once a week beginning May 16th, 2024, ending on June 20th, 2024. 

 

Series Includes:

 

The Group Workouts

* 6 x 75 minute coached paddle workout sessions on the water on your paddle board.

Your instructor will begin each session with a warm up, and end with a core accessories workout and stretch. The middle of the session includes a higher intensity paddling workout that will incorporate a new paddling skill introduced and practiced just before the workout. The technical tips aim to improve efficiency on the water that builds over the course of the series. 

Confidence, improved mental and physical health, stronger paddling skills, new friends, and discovering a great method to get fit outside are some of the expected outcomes from this series. These sessions are not only a great workout, they are a lot of fun!   

 

The DIY Workouts

* 6 x Pre-Programmed DIY Paddle workouts to do on your own time on your own schedule. You will also receive weekly home workouts that support overall core strength and balance. 

 

Series Fees: $239 + GST

* All participants will be required to sign a Waiver for Release of Liability. Please preview Waiver HERE.

2024 Paddle Fitness Session Options :

 

1. Wednesday Mornings: 9:00 am -10:15am 

2. Thursday Evenings: 6:30pm - 7:45pm

PFD (lifejacket)
Quick dry workout clothes suitable for the weather conditions and change of dry clothes (just in case!)
