The experienced guides at Stonefly have invested a huge amount of resources in finding rarely-visited waters. And that’s how we’d like to keep it. Suffice it to say that aside from a few popular and productive local fishing spots, you’ll find yourself more or less alone in wild and beautiful places.
Our guides are passionate about preserving and protecting these fisheries; in order to do this, we focus primarily on catch-and-release fishing.
For most Fly Fishing excursions, your day will begin at our shop, located at 208 Mackenzie Avenue in downtown Revelstoke. We’ll make sure that you’ve got everything you need for the day, grab a coffee and lunch and head out from there.
The destination for the day will vary based on conditions and according to the experience you’d like to have. We provide truck, foot, raft, motor boat & drift boat and helicopter access to a huge list of our licensed waters in and around Revelstoke, BC.

Day Trip Walk and Wade: $850/1-2 People
Full day walk and wade trip to local stream (8 hours). Includes transportation, lunches, rods, and flies. Wading equipment can be rented if needed.
Shorter Day Walk and Wade: $650/1-2 People.
Half day walk and wade trip to local stream (approx. 5 hours). Includes transportation, rods, and flies. Wading equipment can be rented if needed.
Day Trip Raft Float: $1,150/1-2 People
Full day trip (8-9 hours) with raft for up to 2 anglers. Includes transportation, lunches, rods, and flies.
Full Day Boat Access: $900/1-2 People
Half day trip (4 hours) with raft or motorboat for up to 2 anglers. Includes transportation, snacks, rods, and flies.
Heli Fishing Jet Ranger 2 hours flight time: Starting at $4,600/1-2 People
Full day heli fishing to some of our most remote water. Price includes 2 hours of flight time, guide, fishing equipment and lunch. We are able to hit multiple runs on this trip.
Heli Fishing Astar 2 hours flight time: Starting at $7,300/up to 3 People
Full day heli fishing to some of our most remote water. Price includes 2 hours of flight time, two guides, fishing equipment and lunch. We can hit multiple runs on this trip on a selection of remote rivers.
3 Day Raft Expedition: Starting at $7,800/1-2 people
This is a trip of a lifetime. Experience one of our most remote rivers for 3 days in bull trout waters. This is a guided, fully catered trip. Costs include transport, shuttle service, support boat, meals, camp set up, and fishing equipment.
* Heli trips are subject to weight limitations in Jet Ranger and Astar. Capacity may be reduced to accommodate flight requirements for the day. We will need customers weights before confirming trip in helicopter type.
